It’s been a long time since I sat down to do a specific product review but I couldn’t think of a more deserving product than Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Foundation with a massive 44 shade range. You won’t find many foundation reviews on PaleGirlRambling as I don’t tend to stray from my Holy Grail Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation. I really struggle to get on with foundations due to my pale complexion.
From the very first application of the Airbrush Flawless Foundation all I could say was wow! It really does look like you’ve airbrushed your skin.
I’m super impressed with the massive shade range, finding a foundation truly pale enough for my ghostly skin is incredible.
The foundation is very full coverage so half a pump is really all you need. It’s so full coverage that unless I have some mega blemishes I really don’t feel I need concealer. I’ve actually been mixing the foundation with Charlotte Tilbury’s Holywood Flawless Filter to sheer out the coverage slightly and give my complexion a little extra glow. Don’t be put off though, although it’s full coverage, you can barely feel it on your skin, it has a weightless finish which I adore.
The Airbrush Flawless Finish foundation easily lasts for a full day. I always apply the foundation on top of my day time moisturiser and Charlotte Tilbury’s Brightening Youth Glow to keep my skin hydrated as long as possible. I will admit one night I went to bed with it still on (a toddler that doesn’t like to sleep got the better of me) and even the next morning – so atleast 24 hours wear, minus a small bit of separation around my t-zone which can be a little oily at times, the foundation still looked excellent and I think with a couple of small touch ups I could have got away with continuing to wear it that day!
Dare I say it but I think I love the Airbrush Flawless Foundation even more then my Holy Grail Magic Foundation! The coverage is truly unbeatable and it definitely gives me confidence when I’m having some bad skin days.
