With Organic Beauty Week being this month I feel like I’ve trialed so many different products that I’ve absolutely loved! The majority of them being skincare (I’m obsessed okay!) I thought for favourites though I’d pick a few different products that I haven’t already mentioned this month. I’m also currently on the search for a perfect summer foundation so please leave your recommendations in the comments!
Bioderma Atoderm Shower Cream
This may seem like an odd favourite to be starting off with but I have been absolutely loving this! I’ve had this sitting in a pile of shower and bath things to try for probably six months now and I’d just never given it a go. My skin was feeling really dry one day so I thought I’d finally give in a try this and I’m so glad I did. Bioderma’s Atoderm range is made especially for people with very dry and sensitive skin, I use one of their moisturisers on my legs and it works wonders. The purpose of this shower cream is to cleanse your skin but also moisturise it at the same time. It’s so incredibly soothing and makes your skin feel so soft and smooth. It also has a subtle fresh scent which I really like. I use this in the shower everyday and it’s working wonders for my skins moisture levels.
Laila London Rose Water Facial Mist*
I’ve already talked about this in my review of a few Laila London products I received but I just had to once again say how much I adore this spray! Rose water is super hydrating and also helps to settle the skins ph and natural oils. Although my skin is very dry, it sometimes produces a lot of oil to try and balance out the fact that it’s like the Sahara desert! I think this rose water spray has really helped this. I spritz this on my face so much throughout the day. Even on no makeup days when I’m giving my skin a break I’m constantly spritzing my face with this. It’s so light and hydrating, super quick to do and I just love how it makes my face feel. For the amount of times I use this I’m so impressed with how well this is lasting!
Neal’s Yard Remedies Nourishing Orange Flower Night Cream
I bought this cream for my mum for Mother’s Day and she’s really enjoyed using it. I borrowed it a few times and fell in love with it too so had to pick up a pot for myself! This Night Cream is great for dry skin and it’s deeply nourishing and hydrating. It has a relatively thick consistency and is enriched with orange blossom, neroli, pomegranate, seabuckthorn and my favourite, rosehip oil. The cream is yellowy in colour and smells absolutely incredible. You get a 50g pot so it’s going to last ages as you don’t need a lot to cover your face. I’ve been using this for over a month now and you can see there’s barely any gone from the pot!
Maxfactor CC Cream
I was sorting through my ever growing collection of makeup and skincare the other day and found an unopened tube of this CC cream at the bottom of a drawer. I used to use this all the time and loved it so thought I’d give it a go again and I’m so glad I did! CC creams are much lighter in consistency than foundations so they’re perfect for every day wear in the summer. I’ve always struggled to find a BB or CC cream that is light enough for my complexion, until I found this one! It’s quick and easy to apply, you can apply this with your fingers and it blends in perfectly so great for days when you’re in a rush! It is ever so slightly darker than my usual foundation shades but that makes it perfect for summer as it gives your face a little bit of warmth. I’m so glad I found this again just in time for the summer months!
What have you been loving this month?

That shower cream sounds incredible! You should try Herbivore Botanicals Rose & Hibiscus face mist. It’s my go-to! xx.
I’m definitely going to try these products out. Especially the shower cream and rose water for my dry skin!
Oooh, that CC cream sounds so good! I’ve been totally unimpressed with all the foundations I’ve tried (sorry I can’t leave you a recommendation!) but maybe I’ll have more luck with a lighter cream.
xx

You always post about brands that I have never heard of and this makes me intrigued to all the products. The rose water mist looks great but I suffer with oily skin. I know you said you have dry skin that sometimes get oily but I don’t know if that’d work for me?

While I haven’t tried any of these products, I must say I enjoyed your review. I have a product from Laila London that I’m trying to use ATM (activated charcoal toothpaste) but I feel like it’s such a hassle to use :/ the rose water sounds lush, though

Rose water mists seem to be absolutely everywhere at the moment right now don’t they? I didn’t realise that was because they are actually naturally hydrating. ๐

Great post, as always! These products look fab – I really like the sound of the facial mist, I bet that’s nice a refreshing (: xx
I love absolutely everything from Neals Yard, so I’m not surprised that you bought a pot of that cream for yourself after trying your Mum’s! Their wild rose beauty balm is unbeatable, it has so many different uses = I highly recommend it!
